    SEAFOOD: THE TRUE BRAIN SUPERFOOD

    It's never too early to prevent dementia - and one of the best ways to do so is to eat more fish, according to a study of 14,960 people ages 65 and older in seven countries. Results show that those who consume fish or any variety at least a few days a week are 19% less likely to have dementia than those who eat none at all.
