If you ever experience an afternoon slump, there is an easy way to revive your energy.
While you are doing the stretching, remember to:
- Breathe deeply and slowly
- Stretch to the point of feeling a “”release,”" but not to the point of feeling pain
- Hold each stretch for 10-30 seconds, or more if it feels good

In our daily lives, we worry over many problems. Although some of the causes of our worry can be genuine, many people also have a tendency to worry over trivial things. This can be attributed to their upbringing, attitude and other social factors.
