    WHEN A HEALTHY WEIGHT ISN'T

    A normal BMI doesn't necessarily mean a slim chance of diabetes and heart disease. In a recent study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, one quarter of normal weight adults had a trio of symptoms - high blood pressure, triglycerides and blood glucose - that put them at risk of cardiovascular and metabolic disease. The best remedy is to stay active, stop smoking and consume more heart-healthy foods.
